A poem can also create a fun puzzle for the reader,or
it could be about the most unusual subject imaginable. Consider the energy
of the following poem as can be seen how long it takes one to figure out
what is happening.
Morning Battle
On table mountain
I spied my foe,
camped in the canyon
far below.
With hunger gleaming
in my eyes,
I plunged to take them
by surprise...
Like Hercules
unleashed a new,
I wiped out more
than one platoon.
And won the battle
of Battlecreek,
While fighting bravely
with my spoon.
(Ofcourse, this poem is about a child eating his breakfast. The enemy
is the cereal in his bowl.)
