Yogasan &exercise for the eyes
Eye is most important part of the body.Following exercises
are beneficial for strenthening of eyes.—
Eye pressing ---Press the eyes with help of muscle around
the eye& the muscles of the lids.Maintain this pressure for
a few seconds.Then relax the muscles &the eyes as much as
possible.Repeat it for 2-3 times.
Alternately looking at near &far objects---Stand near the
window or in the balcony of the house.Hold the index finger
of the right hand about inches away from your nose.Look at
the finger for seconds.Shift the gaze to a selected
distant object for seconds. Repeat the process many times.
Movement of the eyes to different directions---to the left
&to right----Move the eyes to the right to maximum extent
possible.Then move to as far left as possible.Repeat this
exercise 2-3 times.<\p>
Upward & downward---move as upward as possible. Then
bring downwards as much as possible. Repeat this process 2-3
times.<\p>
Upward to the left----move the eyes to the corner of the
left side.Then move it to the lower corner of the right
side.Repeat it for 2-3 times.
To the right side---move the eye to the upper corner of the
right side.Then move them to the lower corner of the left
side.Repeat it for 2-3 times.
Circular movement-------- move the eyes first in the clock
wise direction and then in the anti clock wise direction.
Continue it for ten times.
