Here are some shake recipes for you. You may have your own choice for a particular type of a shake i.e. whether you like
mango or banana or watermelon or cantalopue. So, whatever be your choice, it's very easy to make and you can always make it yourself.
As in the previous page, we have seen that almost all
the shakes can be prepared in no time. This is true because there is no baking or cooking time involved here. All the shakes can be
ready in 2 to 3 minutes. For every shake we have chosen 2 servings which is appropriate for kids.
1. Mango Shake
Ingredients
1. Milk one glass
2. Half Mango peeled and cut in small pieces.
3. Sugar 2 teaspoon ( according to taste )
4. Icecubes 2-3 (as desired)
Method: Grind the above ingredients in a blender for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour it in a glass and it's ready to drink.
2. Banana Shake
Ingredients
1. Milk one glass
2. Banana one peeled and cut in slices
3. Sugar 2 teaspoon ( according to taste)
4. Icecubes (as desired)
Method: Grind the above ingredients in a blender for 2 to 3 minutes as in case of mango shakes and the banana shake is ready for you.
3. Watermelon Shake
Ingredients
1. Watermelon one pound, peeled and cut into pieces,
also remove seeds.
2. Sugar Two teaspoon or according to taste
3. Icecubes two or three or as required
Method: Grind the above ingredients in a blender for 1 to 2 minutes and watermelon shake is ready.
4.Cantalopue Shake
Ingredients
1. Milk one cup
2. Cantalopue one pound peeled and cut into pieces
3. Honey One tablespoon
4. Ice cubes 2-3 or as desired
Method:
Grind the above ingredients in a blender for 1 to 2 minutes and Cantalopue shake is ready
5. Almond Shake
Ingredients
1. one glass cold milk
2. Ten pieces of almond; these almonds should be kept into half cup milk for three hours such that almonds get swollen and also quite soft.
3.Two tablespoonful honey or as required.
Method:
Grind the above ingredients in a blender for 2 to 3 minutes and almond shake is ready
6. Lemon-lime Soda-pop
Ingredients
1. 2 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
2. 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice
3. 1 cup soda water
4. 1 cup thawed apple juice concentrate
5. Ice cubes
Method:
1.Squeeze juice from lemon and limes and measure into a glass.
2.Measure and add remaining ingredients,and mix.
7.Chocolate Milk
Ingredients
1. 1/2 cup instant non fat dry milk
2. 1/5 cup instant chocolate flavored quick milk mix
3. 3/2 cups cold water
Method:
Put all ingredients in a blender and grind it for 2-3 minutes and chocolate milk is ready to drink.
8. Yum Yum yoghurt drink
Ingredients
1. 1 cup fresh plain yoghurt
2. 3/4 cup ice cube or 1 cup chilled water
3. 2 1/2 tablespoon sugar(you can give it according to your taste)
4. 1/3 teaspoon salt
Method:
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend it for 2-3 minutes and its ready to drink.
9. Cold Coffee
Ingredients
1. 1 cup cold milk
2. 1 teaspoon coffee
3. 3-4 cubes of ice
4. 1 tablespoon sugar(according to taste)

Fresh Juices
Fresh Juice has its own advantage. It is very healthy and quiet easy to make. With a little effort, kids can make it without the help of their mom or dad.
10. Orange Juice
Ingredients
1. 5 oranges cut in half (don't peel it)
Method:
Extract juice from citric juicer and pour it in a glass. Ready to drink.
11. Apple Juice
Ingredients
1. 4 apples cut in small pieces(don't peel it)
Method:
Extract juice from juicer and pour it in a glass. Ready to drink.
12. Pineapple Juice
Ingredients
1. Peeled and cut pineapple in small pieces
Method:
Extract juice from juicer and pour it in a glass. Ready to drink.
13. Carrot Juice
Ingredients
1. 2 lb. fresh carrot cut in small pieces (don't peel it)
Method:
Extract juice from juicer and pour it in a glass. Ready to drink.
