Toasts and Eggs

1.Cinnamon Toast (for 2 servings)
Ingredients
1. Bread.
2. Butter or margarine.
3. 1/2 cup sugar.
4. 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Method:
1. Mix sugar and cinnamon.
2. Toast bread.
3. Lightly spread butter or margarine on toast.
4. Sprinkle sugar cinnamon mixture over toast.
2.French Toast (for 2 servings)
Ingredients
1. 4 eggs.
2. pepper.
3. Salt(According to taste).
4. 1/4 cup oil.
5. 4 pieces of bread.
Method:
1. Beat the eggs in a bowl for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add salt and pepper in the egg.
3. Cut each bread in two pieces.
4. Dip the bread in the egg.
5. Heat fry pan and put some oil.
6. When the oil is hot, fry the bread until it is cooked. French toast is ready.
3.Fried egg (for 1 serving)
Ingredients
1. One egg.
2. Salt.
3. Pepper.
4. Butter or margarine
Method:
1. Heat a thin layer of butter or margarine in a fry pan over medium
high heat.
2. Break one egg into a saucer and carefully slip the egg into hot butter. Reduce the heat.
3. Cook over low heat, spooning the butter over the egg, until the white is set and a film forms over the yolk.The fried poach of the egg is ready but before you eat you must sprinkle the salt and pepper over the poach according to your own taste.
4.French Loaf (for 2 servings)
Ingredients
1. 1/2 loaf(1/2 lb. French bread.
2. 1/4 cup butter.
3. 1/4 cup frozen chopped onion.
4. 5 slices process American cheese.
Method:
1. Cut the bread into 1 inch slices.
2. Melt 1/4 cup butter in skillet. Remove from heat.
3. Stir in 1/4 cup chopped onion.
4. Brush the cut surfaces of the bread with the butter-onion mixture.
5. Cut 5 slices cheese diagonolly in half, so that you have 10 cheese triangles. Place the cheese triangles between the bread slices.
6. Place loaf in the center of sheet of aluminium foil. Wrap securely with the foil, twisting ends to make handles for turning.
7. Heat on grill 4 inches from hot coals 10 minutes, turning once with the tongs.
5. Boiled Egg (for 2 servings)
Ingredients
1. 4 eggs.
2. Salt, Pepper.
Method:
1. Take eggs in a saucepan.
2. Add enough cold water to come at least 1 inch above the eggs to.
3. Heat it until the water starts boiling.
4. Remove it from the heat and cover. Keep it aside for 20 minutes.
5. Uncover the saucepan and place it in the sink. Run cold water in the pan to cool the eggs quickly.
6. Peel and cut the eggs in two pieces. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on it according to taste and its ready to eat.
